Chen is interested in the climate sensitivity of species interactions under Global Changes. He plans to integrate multiple approaches, including controlled laboratory experiments, ecological modeling, and big data analysis. His work aims to contribute to a deeper and finer understanding of how species distribution and community dynamics will respond to future climate change.
Chen conducted his undergraduate research project at CEE lab. He obtained Bachelor’s degree in Ecology at LanZhou University (兰州大学) and was awarded “excellent undergraduate thesis”. He enjoys basketball, fitness training, and hiking.
